Our Policies

Meetings: We do not provide parent meetings due to limited time. If you have an issue, please see the secretary at the desk. Miss Danielle cannot meet in private during class hours.

From Miss Danielle: I train my competition team on two major rules, be professional and nice. I ask this to be carried over to the studio as a whole. Please be mindful that the teachers put the education of your child first. Negative talk ABOUT teachers, students and other parents by any family member will result in immediate dismissal. Negative talk TO teachers, students and other parents by any family member will result in immediate dismissal for the safety of our dancers. Please remain positive and supportive at ALL times, because that is what 3D Dance IS ALL ABOUT! :) I strive to provide a healthy, uplifting, nurturing outlet for these children and it will forever be my main goal. More About Us

 3D takes every preventative measure towards my dancer/gymnast’s safety. If for any reason my child is injured on 3D property, 3D is not liable. If an incident occurs where I am unable to be reached, 3D will make their best judgment on further medical attention at my expense. If my child has a previous injury it is my responsibility to make the teacher/studio owner aware so that the injury does not progress.

If 3D needs to cancel class for any reason (ex. weather) a makeup class is not mandatory. 3D Dance Studio will try their hardest to schedule a makeup class for the following week, combine two classes throughout the week, or have a substitute teacher come in for the day. 3D will follow the Northampton School Districts' school closings for inclement weather. By registering, I am agreeing that 3D is NOT liable for any physical injury or contraction of the coronavirus. If you, your dancer or immediate family member contracts the virus, 3D MUST be notified immediately. No refunds will be given for any reason in regards to the coronavirus. If a pandemic closes the studio mid month, you are still held liable for that month's tuition payment. 

**If my child drops a class, ANY PAYMENT PREVIOUSLY MADE TO 3D is NON-refundable. (tuition, costumes, competition fees, etc.) If you are asked to leave the studio for any reason, your tuition, competition fees and costumes are non-refundable as well**

*Tuition is paid MONTHLY. Some months have 4 classes, some have 3! This is a nine month program broken down into 9 smaller payments. Due to covid-19 we are encouraging registering for auto-pay along with refraining from prepaying for classes for the entire year!
